At Write Edge, we specialise in providing high-quality English and Writing tuition classes for Primary and Secondary school students in Singapore.
The English enrichment centre was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language and nurture writing skills in young students.
From just 12 students and 1 branch in Lorong Ah Soo, Singapore, Write Edge has since expanded to 12 physical branches,1 online arm. Write Edge also offers online classes to students in Malaysia and Indonesia.

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, committed, responsible and independent individual to join our team. The Enrolment team is in charge of the student enrolment and customer experience of the centre together with the Head of Operations at Write Edge. We are also in charge of helming various events and spearheading different projects to reach our goals for the Singapore Market. Your insightful contribution will help to develop, expand and maintain our existing business processes and systems.
As a Part Time Enrolment Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Enrolment Specialist and Customer Relations teams to drive student enrolment growth. In this role, you will professionally manage enquiries, registrations, and follow-ups for Write Edge’s programmes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day
- Drive enrolment, retention and conversion rates in existing and new locations
- Professional handling of enquiries and registrations across WE's full range of services and activities via WhatsApp, Email and Hubspot
- Develop a deep understanding of organisation's programmes and services to provide accurate and prompt information to students and parents.
- Assist in developing new processes and protocols for student enrolment Support in customer service training, events and related student enrolment systems.
Skills Required:
- Strong Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential for handling enquiries professionally, guiding prospective students through the enrolment process, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
- Customer Service Orientation – A customer-centric approach is critical for providing a positive experience. This includes active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to the needs and concerns of students and parents, as well as the ability to resolve any issues with patience and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills – Accuracy in managing registration details, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups is key to smooth operations. Strong organisational skills also help in juggling multiple enquiries and tasks without sacrificing quality or efficiency.
Commitment:
- 2 - 3 days a week
- Including 1 weekend
- Monday, Tuesday and Sunday
Requirements and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Bilingual would be preferred
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently
- Adaptable and strong customer focused approach
- Strong administrative skills, tech-savviness and proficiency with Google Suite
- Training and mentorship will be provided.
