As the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Write Edge, you will play a key role in shaping our people practices while being closely involved in day-to-day HR and hiring. You will have opportunities to lead and develop the team over time, while working directly with leaders across the organisation to drive outcomes and support our growth.
Responsibilities:
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership across both hiring and HR operations.
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer, across functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align on profiles, and move quickly on hires
- Lead and/or delegate interviews, working with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality selection process
- Assess candidates and negotiate offers effectively to secure strong hires
- Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline, ensuring timely fulfilment of roles
- Continuously improve hiring processes to increase speed, quality, and consistency
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage the HR team, including the Senior HR Executive and Payroll Executive
- Provide guidance and structure to ensure strong execution across HR functions
- Work closely with leadership to prioritise, plan, and drive key HR initiatives
HR Operations & Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience
- Support key administrative aspects of hiring, including candidate coordination and documentation, to keep the hiring process efficient
- Review payroll for accuracy, working closely with the team
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and internal policies
- Maintain clear and organised HR processes across onboarding and the employee lifecycle
Performance Management & Organisation Support
- Support and drive the performance management process, working closely with leadership
- Partner with managers to ensure clarity of expectations, feedback, and development
- Contribute to workforce planning and people strategy discussions as the organisation grows

Location: Tampines Plaza 1
Working Arrangement: 2 days work-in-office, 3 days work-from-home
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Please note that there may be occasional flexibility required in working hours to support urgent hiring needs.
Salary Range: $5,000-$6,000
