The Training and Development team is in charge of developing a strong team of teachers and working with the key leadership team to reach our goals for the Singapore market.
In your role as the Senior Operations Executive for the Teacher Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing structured processes that ensure smooth and timely correspondence, accurate and organised data management, and efficient resource allocation and utilisation across all branches. Your work will directly support the operational excellence and consistency of the TD function.
You will join a team that is highly motivated to deliver first-class educational services to our clients, and spearhead efforts to utilise fair, objective data to inform people management decisions.
Job Responsibilities
🗂️ Enrolment Team
Day-to-day
- Drive enrolment, retention and conversion rates in existing and new locations
- Professional handling of enquiries and registrations across WE's full range of services and activities
- Support Open Houses and enrolment initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and service standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisation's programmes and services to provide accurate and prompt information to students and parents.
- Support enrolment-related improvement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and experience
CRM Management (Exabloom) and Workflow Optimisation
- Support the design and optimisation of enrolment workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time
- Review existing workflows and recommend enhancements where needed
- Assist in documenting enrolment processes and parent journeys for training and onboarding
- Support troubleshooting enrolment-related CRM issues and workflows
- Track key workflow metrics and assist in generating reports for enrolment insights
🗂️ Teacher Development & Training Team
Administrative & Operational Support
- Oversee and coordinate the relief-finding process across branches to ensure smooth teaching operations.
- Prepare, update and maintain spreadsheets and documents relevant to teacher development processes (e.g. performance reviews, relief logs, hiring tracking sheets).
- Ensure accuracy and upkeep of TD-related records and documentation.
- Research about potential locations for expansion for based on company requirements
Data & Budget Management
- Track and manage the TD team’s budget, including monitoring monthly spending, identifying variances, and providing budget usage updates.
- Support the collation and analysis of operational data to inform decision-making and reporting (e.g. tracking of teacher assessment results, teacher headcount, etc.).
Process Improvement & General Operations
- Assist in streamlining workflows and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the efficiency of team operations.
- Support planning and logistics for TD events, training, and workshops.
Provide general administrative support for the TD team and contribute to cross-functional projects as required.
🗂️ Facilities Team
Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare and organise documents related to tenancy agreements, renewals and terminations
- Track key tenancy timelines, lease expiries and maintain an organised filing system for contracts and related documents
- Liaise with landlords, property agents, and vendors via email or phone for clarifications, paperwork, and scheduling
- Assist in preparing internal decks or proposals related to centre planning, relocation, or renovation schedules
- Help consolidate vendor quotations and research options for equipment, furniture or minor refurbishments when required

Salary Range: RM4000-RM4500
